Shipping policy
We ship nationwide with tracking. Most orders are shipped with Australia Post, however some orders may be sent with a courier service depending on the size of the parcel and delivery location. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days unless otherwise specified.
Australia (AU)

- $20 Express Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders $120+
Authority to Leave: Orders sent by courier will be booked with Authority to Leave where available. This means your parcel may be left in a safe location if no one is home. If you would prefer Signature Required, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order so we can arrange this before dispatch.
Missed Deliveries & Collection Points: If delivery cannot be completed, the courier may take your parcel to a nearby collection point or provide instructions for redelivery. Please follow the instructions provided by the courier and collect your parcel within the required timeframe.
If your parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund. Any additional delivery costs incurred may be charged for redelivery or deducted from your refund.
New Zealand (NZ)
- Standard international shipping calculated at checkout
- Express international shipping may be available at checkout depending on weight.
