Return and Refund Policy

We want both you and your pup to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Email hello@pawcurement.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a short note about the issue, and we’ll take it from there.

Change of Mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend tracked postage, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or becomes faulty, please contact us within 14 days with photos and details. We’ll assess the issue and organise the best solution.

Exchanges

Need something different?
Return the item and place a new order for the one you want. We’ll process the refund once the return is received and checked.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, email hello@pawcurement.com.au and we’ll look into it.
